1.2.2 The outer packaging of the product is intact. 'Outer packaging' refers to the original packaging of the manufacturer (excluding cardboard boxes or paper bags that we or the logistics company repackage).
1.2.3 If the product is equipped with accessories or attachments, such as shoe box protective covers, accompanying gifts, etc., the relevant accessories and/or attachments should be complete.
Please note: You need to return the purchased item through the original purchasing channel. If the return deadline exceeds the above 7 days, we will not be able to process your request for an unconditional return.
2、 Defective product return
If you think the product has defects, you can choose to return it. The premise is that the goods to be returned meet the following return requirements: within 30 days from the date of receipt, serious glue breakage, broken sole, heel, cross-section, broken upper caused by improper use or maintenance, as well as new shoes that have not been worn and are not in pairs or of different sizes. We will not be able to accept returns of shoes with quality issues beyond 30 days.
3、 Other situations where returns are not allowed

4、 How to return, refund, or exchange goods
4.1 Please contact us according to the contact information displayed on this website to confirm the return.
4.2 We will provide you with a shipping address. Please contact the logistics company to return the goods to us according to the shipping address we provided.
4.3 After we receive the product you returned, our quality audit department will conduct quality and other inspections. Once the inspection meets our standards, we will contact you for exchange and refund services.
4.4 We will confirm the delivery address with you again. If you do not reply within 1 working day, we will consider it as your default original order delivery address and will ship new products to you.
4.5 Products that meet the exchange requirements can only be exchanged once. After receiving the exchange, you can still apply for a return according to our website's return policy, but you cannot exchange again
4.6 If you meet our refund criteria, your refund will be refunded through your original payment method.we will process the refund within 3-5 working days.
4.6.1 If you are using a Visa/Mastercard/American Express credit card, we will deposit the refund into your original payment card;

5、 Return shipping fee

6、 Cancel the order
